Cookies

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

Personal data we collect

If you sign up on the website, you may optionally tell us your name, email address, phone number, postcode and position held, among other data.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

How long we retain your data

If you sign up on the website, we store the personal data that you provide, with the lawful basis of your consent. This is for the purpose of campaigning and communicating with you in the future. You can unsubscribe at any time.

What rights you have over your data

You have the following rights over the personal data we hold about you:

Access: you can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Correction: you can ask us to correct data that is wrong or incomplete.
Erasure: you can ask us to delete your data. If you do, we will keep only your email address on a “do not contact” list, using the lawful basis of legitimate interest, so that we don’t contact you again by mistake.
Restriction: you can ask us to pause using your data, for example while we check whether it is accurate.
Portability: you can ask for the data you gave us in a common electronic format, such as a spreadsheet, so you can move it elsewhere.
Withdrawing consent: we hold your data because you gave us your consent. You can withdraw it at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in any email, replying STOP to a text, or emailing us. This doesn’t affect anything we did with your data before you withdrew it.

Your right to stop campaign messages: you can tell us to stop sending you campaign emails or texts at any time, and we will stop.

We do not use your data to make automated decisions about you.

To use any of these rights, email us at info@antiausteritycoalition.org
